Our story
Your clinical judgement, our reason for being
Biomech was born with a clear idea: to turn podiatric knowledge into precise, personalised and technically reproducible orthotic solutions.
From the very beginning we have understood that a foot orthosis is not an isolated product, but the result of a chain of clinical, biomechanical and technical decisions that must stay connected from the prescription to the final manufacture.
Over the years we have evolved by adding new digital tools, design systems specific to podiatry, advanced manufacturing processes and new materials. But that evolution has not changed how we see our work: we still put knowledge, precision and personalisation at the centre of every solution.

Biomech does not see its relationship with the clinic as a simple supplier-and-customer relationship.
